| MBR Mongolian Barbecues bring performance and reliability to the range
considered to be the "microwave of Chinese Cooking." Multiple burners with
individual gas valves and safety pilot systems provide maximum safety.
The ¾" to 1½"
thickness of the top ensures even distribution of burner heat.
The MBR is used in conbination with refrigerated buffet counters offering
a variety of raw ingredients. Guests fill bowls and ladle sauce on their
selections. Bowls are passed to chefs at the MBR. The largest units accommodate
six chefs producing up to 200 meals per hour. |
Guests enjoy watching chefs sautee on the big round cooking surface.
The cooking surface is cold rolled steel with a 2" outside rim
to prevent dripping into the combustion chamber. 36” and 42” units may
have cast iron tops subject to availability. All steel tops are fitted
with cast iron burner deflectors so that surface temperatures of up to
650ºF are maintained while tops remain flat.
Gas manifold construction allows gas safety valves to maintain cooler
temperatures for added reliability. |
