SR-24 offers more
Btu, burner choices and solid construction. Metal valve handles stay cooler
with heat shield protection from the combustion chamber. Stainless steel
front, bottom and rear gas connection with pressure
regulator are standard. Wide choice of burners(page 3); clog resistant
pilot(page 4).
SR-24-G Grate
Top has a cast iron grate with wide integral shelf. Standard and recommended
with a 137,000 Btu Three Ring Burner but can be ordered with any of the
high performance burners.
SR-24-C Cantonese
has a 16" chamber for a 20" wok. Available with any burner. The Three Ring
Burner has the widest range of settings and requires little maintenance
but other burners can be used.

SR-24-M Mandarin
has a 13" chamber for a 14" or 16" wok. Includes any burner offered for
a 13” chamber (specify type).
Options: stainless
steel body & legs, drip pan, casters, wok adapter for SR-24 grate top,
or insulated double wall construction.
