SR-18 Stock Pot Range, Front Manifold
SR-18-R Stock Pot Range, Rear Connection

Cast iron spider grate allows maximum heat transfer to pots. Cast iron
two ring burner (page 3) brings 60 to 120 gallons of soup stock to a rapid
boil. Clog resistant pilot (page 4) standard. Heavy duty 3/8” brass gas
valve with plated steel lever handle stays cool to the touch. Stainless
steel front shelf. Front gas manifold for battery installation. Steel or
optional stainless steel drip pan. Open construction for easy cleaning.
Mounted on tubularstainless legs with adjustable feet.
SR-18-R: All above features plus rear gas connection and pressure regulator replace
front manifold.
Options: stainless steel drip pan, casters, or wok adapter for SR-18 grate top.
Specifications:
MasteRRange Stock Pot Range model SR-18-*-† or SR-18-R-*-† with rear gas
connection (specify). Cast iron grate with heat expansion slots is set
in an angle iron frame. Stainless Steel front shelf.
