Dont forget the Soup Stock!
Versatile Range Top Stock Pots provide soup or
hot water. Soup is required to create sauce. Boiling water is necessary
to blanch or provide steam. Drawn from 14 gauge stainless steel, they overlap
the chamber so spillage falls on the range deck to keep the chamber clean.
For use only with ring burners. Four saute chambers generally have one
soup chamber in the center. Addtional data page 116.
