Cast Iron Chamber Reducer Kits
Reduces large chambers to a 13" opening for use
with a 14"-16" wok. Converts bulk preparation chambers to A La Carte service
during peak periods. A flanged steel adaptor is placed on the larger opening.
The adaptor accepts the 13" ring. The kid includes the adaptor and 225113
13" chamber ring.
